Bernard P Achampong, a creative leader, media professional, eight-time Radio Academy Award winner, and Rose D'Or nominee, was the driving force behind the sold-out presentation of "7 Secrets of Immersive Storytelling" at the London Podcast Show in 2022 and the Birmingham Podcast Festival in 2023. He has served as a board member of Creative UK and is currently vice-chair of Audio UK. He advocates for creator ownership, intellectual property, diversity, and representation in the creative industry. His production company, Unedited, continues to produce ground-breaking programming, including Sounds of Black Britain (Spotify) and 1Xtra's Throwback Party (BBC Sounds). Unedited have been nominated production company of the year in 2022 and 2024, winning silver and bronze respectively. Bernard's personal career highlights are the documentary "HRH The Prince of Wales: Building Bridges" and delivering Spotify's Sound Up programme for the UK and Ireland for three years. In addition, his first children's television programme, Skin Deep (CBBC), exploring the identity of boys between the ages of 7 and 11, is his magnum opus.

A Korean-born American, Dayoung began her advertising career as a Creative Intern at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami. Over the course of her 10 years at CP+B, she rose through the ranks to become Creative Director and Vice President, working on brands including Coca-Cola, Nike, and Mondelez. Her work on these campaigns garnered numerous awards, including prestigious D&AD Pencils and Cannes Lions. After her time at CP+B, Dayoung worked at various creative agencies, including Mother London, where she led clients such as Boots Pharmacy and Notonthehighstreet.com. She also spearheaded Mother London's largest global production campaign for Dubai Tourism in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, Dayoung joined VMLY&R to lead global accounts, including New Balance, and helped reintroduce Wendy's to the UK market. Her Wendy's "Camden Makeover" campaign resulted in over 2 billion earned impressions and marked the most successful new store launch in the UK. In 2024, she joined YouTube Creative Studio to lead YouTube's global reputational work, focusing on strategy, communication, and design for YouTube's role in society, scaled across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.

With a real passion for audio gained from working across both national and local radio brands, including talkSPORT, Times Radio, and Virgin Radio, I now work as the Head of Insight at the trade body for Commercial Radio, developing research and insight into the role of radio advertising for brands. Kathleen has worked in audio for over 15 years, starting her career as a creative writer across Bauer Media's flagship national audio brands, before playing an integral role in rolling out creative departments across 15 local radio stations. Now working across the entire audio space globally, Kathleen leads a team working with brands and agencies direct, as well as creating original content and experiences for major audio platforms such as Spotify and Audible. She's known for her innovation with sound and has done everything from building a cottage made of real sweets that played binaural fairytales in Mindshare's London offices, to creating Dolby Atmos experiences that have toured the world.

She's worked across every BBC network radio station, developed strategy and creative for the BBC's Voice and Connected Speaker offering, and helped commission sonic brand identities for BBC Music and BBC Sounds. As Director of Content at Fresh Air, she brings all those skills to the commercial sector where she works with brands of all sizes to build their own podcasts, creating formats and telling stories that both demonstrably meet business objectives and keep listeners, listening.

Rich is an award-winning audio producer, having worked in the creative industries for twenty years, producing across radio, podcasts and anything involving sound. Sam started her career at Emap in Audio sales and has worked on some of the UKs largest audio accounts including the COI, Ovo and Cazoo. Sam has a wealth of agency experience having worked for both network agencies Mindshare and Starcom, as well independents. Sam has strived to deliver award winning and outstanding bespoke media campaigns throughout her career, successfully picking up the Campaign Awards Grand Prix for the Samaritans as well as being the first agency to retain the Media Week Best Use of Audio award for two consecutive years with work for On the Beach and Ovo.
