Ellis has over 15 years' experience across sales and commercial leadership, having worked across media, partnerships and brand development. Before joining Gaydio, Ellis ran his own sales company, building and managing client relationships and delivering sustainable revenue growth. He joined Gaydio over 8 years ago as an Account Manager and has progressed through the business to become Commercial Director, leading the commercial strategy across audio, events and partnerships. Ellis is passionate about building high-performing teams, long-term client relationships and creating inclusive commercial opportunities that deliver real impact for both brands and the LGBTQ+ community.
